1. Data We Collect

ReceiptBox stores the information you provide: your email address (for account authentication), receipt details (store name, date, amount, category, warranty info), and receipt photos you upload. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how users interact with the Service — this collects anonymized usage data including page views and feature interactions.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the ReceiptBox service: storing your receipts, displaying them in your dashboard, enabling search and filtering, and processing your Pro subscription if you upgrade. We do not sell, rent, share, or monetize your personal data or receipt information.

3. Payment Processing

Payments for ReceiptBox Pro are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your receipt data, account information, and uploaded photos are stored on servers operated by our hosting provider (DreamHost). We implement standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and CSRF protection. Receipt photos are stored on the server with access controls.

5. Cookies

ReceiptBox uses essential authentication cookies to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics cookies for anonymized usage tracking. You can disable analytics cookies via your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual receipts from your dashboard at any time. To request full account deletion, contact hello@juncturelogic.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Google Analytics for usage analytics. No other third-party services have access to your receipt data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
