Do I need an account to use GiftLane?
No. GiftLane is local-first: all data stays on your device (IndexedDB), works offline as a Progressive Web App, and requires no account. An optional Google sign-in is only used for Pro cloud backup and sync.

How do occasion reminders work?
Pro users receive an email 7 days before an occasion (birthday, anniversary, Christmas, etc.) with a reminder that a gift is needed — no more last-minute panic.
Can I cancel my GiftLane Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period, and cloud data is preserved for 30 days — re-subscribe within that window and everything comes back.
