What's the difference between Pro and the Focus Kit?
Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks cloud sync, analytics, and export features inside the FlowStack app. The Focus Kit is a one-time digital download — a printable guide and templates you own forever. They complement each other: use Pro for tracking, the Focus Kit for technique.
Can I try Pro before subscribing?
The Free tier is unlimited and has no time limit. You can use the timer, tags, and local session history as long as you'd like. When you're ready for analytics and cloud backup, upgrade to Pro.
Is my data private?
Yes. Free tier data stays entirely on your device (IndexedDB). Pro cloud backup uses encrypted storage. We never sell or share your data. See our

How do I cancel Pro?
Go to your
Account page and click "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by
Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Is the Focus Kit a PDF?
It's a downloadable HTML file you can open in any browser. Press Ctrl+P / ⌘P and "Save as PDF" for a formatted PDF, or print directly on US Letter paper. You get the printable templates, session logs, focus techniques, and planning worksheets.
