Does EOBVault connect to my insurer?
No. You manually enter the amounts you choose to track, which avoids sharing insurer or patient-portal credentials.
Is EOBVault HIPAA compliant?
EOBVault is a local, self-managed consumer organizer and does not claim HIPAA compliance. Do not treat it as a provider medical-record system.
Can I attach an EOB or receipt?
Yes — with Pro. Attach up to 3 files (images or PDFs, 5MB each) to any bill. Attachments are stored locally via your browser and are never uploaded.
Can I buy Pro now?
Yes. Unlock Pro for $9 one-time via Stripe Checkout. You receive an unlock token after payment — paste it into the app to enable encrypted backup, receipt attachments, and household views. All Pro features process data client-side; nothing is uploaded.
