How do I track club membership dues?
Add each member with their dues amount and due date, then record payments as they arrive. DuesTracker shows paid, overdue, and upcoming status at a glance on the dashboard, along with a collection rate and a chronological activity feed of every payment.
Is DuesTracker really free?
Yes. The free plan is $0 and includes one group, up to 25 members, the basic dashboard, payment tracking, and CSV export. No account, no subscription, and no cloud — your data stays on your device.
Can I export member and payment data?
Yes. Open Payment History and use Export CSV to download member and payment data for spreadsheets, including date, member, amount, status, and notes.
How do I record a dues payment?
Use Quick Record Payment on the dashboard — select a member, enter the amount, and record. Payments then appear in Payment History with date, member, amount, status, and notes.
